CellSIM Designer is built on top of award-winning Eclipse RCP IDE platform and fully modular.  This approach makes it possible to implement a completely tailor-made configuration which will include only desired functionality or customization for particular customer.

Card profile validation 

CellSIM Designer provides flexible features for validating profiles for industry standards compliance (3GPP 51.011, ETSI 102.221, WIB 1.3, etc.) and tools for verification of real cards for compliance with their electric profiles

Production features 

CellSIM Designer has a full set of features to generate production scripts: including production image generation and personalization scripts. Scripts generated by CellSIM Designer make it possible to do SIM card manufacturing in the fatest way.  

Reference profiles

CellSIM Designer comes with several reference profiles: SIM Only, SIM/USIM, and Full LTE including various browser WIB and S@T configurations. Reference profiles are fully validated and can be used as a starting point for proprietary profile development. 


CellSIM Designer is used internally as a configuration tool and is normally licensed to CellSIM OS licensees at no charge. The tool however can be further customized and branded under the customer name with corresponding distribtion rights in binary form.
