However very often proper analysis is required to recover lost data from SIM card, examine its behavior in various situations or understand nature of compatibility and network issues. Examination of USIM and active USIM Applications

Cellnetrix has various racing tools to examine behaviour of (U)SIM card and active applications in a real or modelled environments. Such testing is done using real handsets or specific simulators. In addition to common problem such tests may give some information about incorrect or evil behaviour of SIM toolkit applications.    

Network or compatibility issues can be identified using same tracing tools and modelled network situation such as loss of network, roaming in specific countries etc.

Usually cell phones come into forensic labs without a SIM which is needed to examine them. Be means of (U)SIM profile replication feature we are able to create a SIM clone with data from a physical acquistion or carrier data
